Marfan Syndrome is a genetic disorder that affects the body’s connective tissue, which holds all the body’s cells, organs, and tissue together. It can impact many different parts of the body, including the heart, eyes, blood vessels, and skeleton. Zoe Louise was born with it and she documents her life living with the condition to spread awareness.
