In which two resourceful castaways, guided by their knowledge of natural history and innate practicality, begin to establish a foothold on a rugged and mysterious coast by seeking shelter, collecting food, and devising means to transport fuel using the tides and the river’s passage. Observing their striking and varied surroundings from lofty vantage points, they contemplate the nature of this strange land and prepare a refuge amid the stalwart granite formations known as the Chimneys.
