What this episode covers
Although you may have seen Mr. Gundlach’s tough side when his is teaching, when it comes to bats, they are his greatest fear. Mr. Gundlach said there was a winged mammal somewhere in the school. His voice was trembling so much it sounded like he was sitting in a vibrating chair. Mr. Gundlach said that maybe he should go home, but instead decided to search. His voice was shaking so much it sounded like he was a maraca. Mr. Gundlach continued to search and thought he saw a bat but it was just paint in the wall. He sounded like something just attacked him. Then, Mr. Gundlach said he was going to go home, but then he said he couldn’t because he was too scared to move his feet. Mr. Gundlach’s teeth were chattering so much it sounded like people were clapping. Mr. Gundlach put on head gear made out of a laundry basket and started to go downstairs to the K-1 rooms. He looked a little weird with his mammal proof headgear. Obviously Mr. Gundlach conquered his bat fear at least a little bit.
