The National Debt Ceiling and my absenteeism

It's budget season again and congress talks about the national debt and ceiling. It seems like we go over the same 'heated' debates every time the budget is due. I go over why (in the grand scheme of things) it probably won't matter and how both sides are to blame. I also go over why I've been so inconsistent lately with my content.
