Our guest this week is Karen Newby, a nutritional therapist and author of the brilliant new book, The Natural Menopause Method, a nutritional guide to peri-menopause and beyond. In this Episode Karen explains why nutrition is important and how we can understand what is happening to our bodies. Karen simplifies the science around stress and it’s impact in menopause. We discuss how we can use the book like a journal. You will learn about the four ‘Shifts’ in Menopause which include Reset and Rest. And ask ‘What is actually happening in our bodies in menopause? Karen discusses stress and how it affects our menopause experience. She shares her menopause toolkit with us , looking at Symptoms such as anxiety, panic attacks and heart palpitations.
