The Natural Undefended Self

A video clip taken from a recent online meeting. Meeting one another from a place of undefended naturalness allows for true communication to occur. The way we listen to one another helps bring what is undivided to the foreground. In this way both our speaking and our listening become one movement creatively sharing communication.
