The NBA Draft Lottery did not fix the league's "Tanking" problem

One of the biggest narratives from this years NBA Draft Lottery was that the new lottery system has solved the tanking problem with the league's three worst teams denied the first pick in the upcoming draft. While this new system has made it harder for the worst tanking teams to get the allusive first overall pick, it has now opened a door for a new way for teams to tank their season. Don't believe me?
