You have the Cle, the Boston Celtics, and everyoastne else in the Eveland Cavaliers. Those two teams seem destined for a Conference Finals match-up. In the West, SGA and the Thunder are way out in front, but coming up fast are Luke, Lebron, and the new-look Lakers.
