With the NBAA MX Conference coming up, the cover the importance of early exposure, leadership roles, and future needs.More With Nate DietschWith over 24 years of aviation experience, Nate Dietsch currently serves as the Sr. Manager of Aviation Maintenance (Director of Maintenance) at Netflix, Inc. His career began in the United States Marine Corps, where he served for 14 years and completed six deployments in support of global and combat operations. During his military service, he held key roles, including KC-130F/R/T Flight Mechanic and powerplant mechanic; KC-130J Flight Engineer Assistant NATOPS Instructor; Night Systems Instructor; and Gulfstream III (C-20D) & G550 (C-37B) Flight Engineer Instructor. Following his military tenure, Nate transitioned to Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation, where he supported the USAF C-37A (GV) mission as part of the Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) Program. Nate holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from Duquesne University and a Master’s Degree in Aviation and Aerospace Management from Purdue University. He is a G550 Master Technician and remains deeply engaged with the industry as an active member of the NBAA Maintenance Committee and Leadership Council. A recipient of the NBAA’s 40 Under 40 award in 2021, he served as the NBAA Maintenance Conference Co-Chair (2022–2023) and Conference Chair (2024–2025).
