Pastor Larry talks through the need for emotionally healthy spirituality by explaining how emotionally healthy spirituality saved his life. There's a real difference between what many Christians have been taught about their feelings (to suppress them since Jesus already died for them) and what we find in the pages of scripture. God sent His son to bind up the brokenhearted, to free the captives and bring joy to those in mourning but often we don't feel like any of that has happened.
