The Need For Rest

( Part 3 of The Gift of Rest ) Regardless of where you are in life, realize that in every stage of your journey, "rest" is required for you to level up to the next phase. Remember that even God rested & was refreshed after His work. He wants us to do the same, because resting allows us to appreciate the journey & not just the destination.
