The Need to Challenge Climate Hushing
from Hudson Mohawk Magazine Hosted by Hudson Mohawk Magazine
Climate hushing is a strategy where politicians deliberately avoid mentioning climate change. It stems from the belief that emphasizing planetary crises alienates voters or draws unwanted scrutiny amid rising costs of living and political polarization. Ruth Foster, co-chair of SHARE (Sheridan Hollow Alliance for Renewable Energy) talks to Mark Dunlea with the Hudson Mohawk Magazine.
