The New Adventures of Nero Wolfe -- The Malevolent Medic

The New Adventures of Nero Wolfe was a radio detective series featuring the corpulent, eccentric genius Nero Wolfe who rarely left his luxurious Manhattan brownstone, preferring to solve mysteries from the comfort of his home while relying on his sharp-witted assistant Archie Goodwin. In "The Malevolent Medic," Nero Wolfe is engaged by wealthy industrialist Hal Horton who suspects that his wife's death was not the natural heart attack that her doctor claimed it to be.
