In just a matter of weeks, Bloodworks Northwest will implement new guidelines set down by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, allowing gay and bisexual men to donate. At the Vancouver Donor Center in the the Portland Metro area, Dylan Smith and his partner Juan Gonzalez plan to be the first in line.
