I had the privilege to talk with Chris Miller from SDOT about the Neighbors Helping Neighbors - Snow Shoveling Program in Seattle. This is amazing - The program was launched in response to calls from residents unable to clear their sidewalks during winter weather events, often hindering access to critical medical appointments.
