The Patriot Act was designed with the intent to go after foreign terrorists. Since its inception, it has been manipulated to target Americans at home, including concerned parents at school board meetings. America's Justice Department has also been found guilty of going after peaceful pro-life protestors, including an 89-year-old survivor of a communist camp in Europe.
