The New York Yankees Lose in the Wild Card

The New York Yankees 2021 season is officially over after losing 6-2 to the Boston Red Sox in a Wild Card game in Fenway. The Yankees were on a roller coaster ride all season, playing like a true contender one week, then playing like the worst team in the league the next. In a final win or go home game, the Yankees went home with a rough night from ace Gerrit Cole and no real run support. Jose, Ryan, and Brian broke down the key moments in the Wild Card game, as well as their fan reaction to the loss.  We then went into an off-season preview, diving into many possible off-season moves for the Yankees. The biggest questions are mainly focusing on General Manager Brian Cashman and Manager Aaron Boone. It isn't likely for a massive shift to happen in the organization, but there should be at least some. On top of that, the Yankees should have a big off-season, as they won't plan to stay under the luxury tax this year.
