The newest things in cosmetic surgery. 3/29/25 WOR show.

The Aesthetic Society holds their annual meeting every spring. In this year's meeting, there were few technological or clinical breakthroughs.  Perhaps the newest technology was the AI assisted hand ultrasound device that improves the safety of facial filler injection.  We discuss this new technology on this show.  And get ready for the introduction of "exosomes" in skin care.  But don't expect dramatic results - in my opinion, these complex pieces of cells have almost no chance of penetrating the skin unless they are injected.  And who would have daily injections?  Tune in for the scoop...
