Let Go of the Pressure to Do It All

After a long pause from the podcast, I'm sharing some of the lessons I've learned through one of the hardest seasons of my life.Life can change in ways we never expected. Sometimes the season we are in requires us to let go of the pressure to do it all and focus on what matters most.In this episode, I share a simple analogy that has helped me think differently about capacity, expectations, and grace.
