Here it is. Carey is telling a tale not of good versus evil, but of humans doing what they do to our little world.  Also, "Battle Lines: A Graphic History of the Civil War," by Ari Kelman gives a reader a different way to look at a history that is still in dispute in this country.  She says it also gives her a renewed respect for the power of the graphic book.
