The Next Chapter - Channeled Message for July 13-19, 2026

What if the heaviness you've been feeling isn't something to push through - but a gentle invitation to let go?In this week's episode of Directions From a Spiritual Tour Guide, I channel a message from Spirit about the powerful awakening unfolding within us. As our energy continues to rise, we're being called to release what no longer aligns, embrace acceptance, and trust the quiet unfolding of our next chapter.Spirit reminds us that transformation doesn't always arrive in dramatic ways. More often, it comes through small, conscious choices - choosing truth over comfort, presence over the past, and alignment over fear.We also explore the energy of the upcoming New Moon, which brings a sense of peace rather than pressure. Instead of asking you to manifest more, this moon invites you to honor who you already are and gently step into the identity your soul has been guiding you toward all along. In this episode, we'll explore:Why holding on becomes heavier as your vibration rises. How acceptance creates space for healing and growth. The role subconscious patterns play in keeping you stuck. Why temporary discomfort often leads to lasting transformation. How this peaceful New Moon supports truth, alignment, and inner peace. If this message resonates with you, I'd love for you to subscribe, leave a review, and share this episode with someone who may need the reminder that they don't have to carry the weight of the past any longer.Until next time, keep trusting your path, your intuition, and the wisdom already living within you. From my heart and soul to yours,ShanelFollow:💻 Website - get the newsletter 🎧Podcast Directions From A Spiritual Tour Guide is on Apple Podcasts, Spotify and YouTube🗺 Divine Map Community, Yoga Nidra Club and a la carte courses at fromtheheartandsoul.thinkific.com📷 Instagram💛 Facebook🎥 TikTok
