The Next Step Forward for DEI

Join us for a conversation with Nikki Turpin. Nikki is the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Chapel Hill-Chauncy Hall in Waltham, Massachusetts.  A former teacher at Nashoba Brooks School in Concord, MA, she sits on multiple Inclusivity and Diversity Boards including the Bay State Brawlers and Hudson Sloop Clearwater and is a consultant for BeWellBeHere. Nikki's DEI work is motivated by her belief that everyone should feel like they belong, that their surroundings always feel like "a home," and that you are invited to be your authentic self, unapologetically every day. Nikki also recently wrote an article in the Fall 2021 issue of The Yield titled 'Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: Next Step Forward.'
