Now the Indianapolis Fraternal Order of Police is calling on police officers to no longer respond to mental health disturbances.Mr. Whitfield apparently was killed by when police were called to his parent’s house on April 25, 2022. He was having a mental health crisis which led to his parents calling 911 for assistance.
