Tonight on this edition of The Bow, we look at The Nigerian Masquerades.We know that sustainable development takes place within the cultural contexts.As we look at masquerades in the different tribes of Nigeria,we are aware that these masquerades have the good and bad versions(visible and invisible) but we look at the fact that these masquerades display the diversity of the Nigerian cultures .Though the Christians in Northern Nigeria hardly do events with masquerades due to their faith in Christ( as they view them as being occultic), we can say that they are still some good masquerades and its associated ceremonies in Nigeria that foster tourism .Please listen to this episode by visiting The Bow https://anchor.fm/THE-BOW Photo credit=Kanaga Jnr
