The Night Before Christmas (Part 5) - Christmas Day

Today, Bishop Rodgers continues the series "The Night Before Christmas: Christmas Day" from Luke 2:1-7. Joseph and Mary were poor and un-educated, but they understood who they were and who God was. The King does not come to the proud and powerful, but to the poor and powerless. The couple was forced to journey to Bethlehem to pay taxes. The journey from Nazareth to Bethlehem was 80 miles. Though there was no room for Christ in the hearts of man, there was room for Christ on the cross. Christ would rule the world and judge all people according to their decision about Him.
