Tony joins me to discuss how his restaurants adapted during the pandemic, the recent renovation of The Norbert during the Main Street reconstruction project, and the importance of keeping things fresh in order to stay successful. Despite numerous external challenges, Tony's passion for bringing delicious food and amazing dining experiences to West Bend has led to two awesome dining establishments in our community.
