The film introduces us to arguably the most controversial man the advertising industry ever produced, the late Lord Tim Bell. His PR firm, Bell Pottinger was infamously known for reputation-management of the most unsavory characters including, but not limited to, dictators, despots and arms dealers. "Influence" made it's World Broadcast Premiere on CBC and CBC Gem on May 21st and makes it's Canadian Festival Premiere at Hot Docs Festival Online, beginning May 28th.
