Following Virginia Tech's bye week, the Notre Dame Fighting Irish head to Blacksburg to set up what will surely be the matchup that finally convinces Comcast to pick up the ACC Network. Notre Dame is coming off of a loss to Cincinnati and have looked vulnerable against lesser opponents throughout the season. They will probably be throwing out a first time starting QB. The Question: Can a Virginia Tech team will issues of their own take advantage?
