THE NRL SHOW- DARIUS BOYD, PAUL GALLEN V LUKE LEWIS, LEGEND SERIES - COWBOYS

On this week’s episode of ‘All Ball’ we look back at the career of Darius Boyd, one filled with premierships, state of origin dynasties and over 337 NRL games for the Brisbane Broncos, St George Illawarra Dragons and the Newcastle Knights. Boyd will be remembered for his incredible displays at origin level as well as his role in the 2010 Premiership for the Dragons where Darius was at his peak playing great football in the fullback position. Boyd will also be remembered as a crucial ambassador in the game for mental health with Darius sharing some of his struggles throughout his career. Through these conversations Boyd helped many others step forward and share their own story and challenges. Next up in ‘the Match’ we put two of the Cronulla Sharks greatest players against each other in Paul Gallen and Luke Lewis. Luke Lewis has an incredible career with over 324 games for the Panthers and Sharks. A versatile player that found his home in the backrow and would go on to become one of the best backrowers in the game at every level. For Paul Gallen, you either love him or hate him but his CV speaks for itself.  Gallen achieved everything in the game and will be remembered as one of the greatest ever players to represent the Sharks and the NSW Blues. Finally, in ‘Rapid Fire’ we continue our Legend Series and select our favourite player from each club.
