In this episode of "The Nurse Keith Show", holistic nursing career coach Keith Carlson, RN, BSN, NC-BC, challenges listeners to consider what they love about their careers, what lights them up, and what they want more of.  Conversely, Keith also asks listeners to consider the aspects of their nursing or healthcare career that isn't working for them anymore, and what they'd like to change.  Keith challenges his listeners to think about how they feel when they report to work, and what the nature of their relationships with their colleagues is like.
