There is so much hype for NWA Worlds Heavyweight Champion Nick Aldis.  Beyond a shadow of a doubt his impact in the NWA will be felt for generations to come. We don't get to the NWA POWERRR era without "The National Treasure."  But remember, we don't get to Nick Aldis without getting to what kept the NWA relevant.  Tim Storm, Jax Dane, Rob Conway, Satoshi Kojima, Hiroyoshi Tenzan, all on the backs of the men before them, including "Scrap Iron" Adam Pearce.
