The Oakland School District introduces new mobile device ban

Oakland students are heading back to the classroom today with a major change on campus: a strict new ban on mobile devices during school hours. Tesla Cybercabs are meant to be another player in the robotaxi market, but there is a twist. California has the highest average gas prices in the country. And more and more people are ditching their phones for a regular analog film camera.
