Brown University professor, Corey Brettschneider, has a new book:  THE OATH AND THE OFFICE A GUIDE TO THE CONSTITUTION FOR FUTURE PRESIDENTS.  It's written as a primer for a new presidents on the constitutional limits and expansiveness of executive power.  But, of course, the book serves to tell us what is acceptable and what's not when you're a President who cares about the Constitution.
