When there are jobs in a city or market then people follow and that creates population growth. When you choose a market with a strong job and population growth you will always be in a good market. Mark and Martin discuss the unemployment trends in the country as unemployment went down to 7.9% down from 10.4% in August of 2020. We share the importance of knowing your investing strategy to make wise investments in any market. We found that a lot of people are buying real estate just because money is cheap and because everyone else is doing it those two reason alone will lead a person to make bad decisions. What we discuss and suggest in this episode is the importance of knowing why your investing and whats your clear strategy for investing.
