The Odyssey

Quicker turnaround for a quicker podcast. Mark wanted to talk about The Odyssey, so Bob went and saw it in the theater and now you get to hear us yammer about it for 30 minutes or so. Obviously it will contain many SPOILERS! , but there is also some desultory conversation at the very end about some other movies worth watching that, oddly for us, we don't spoil. Enjoy! 00:00 Intro 00:36 The Odyssey 01:33 Cinema format digression 04:10 Back to the movie itself 22:41 Other odds and ends we've watched (no spoilers) 25:45 Bob says Spielberg should retire 28:00 Thoughts on voice-acting 29:34 Wrapping up Intro and Outro music excerpted without alteration other than length and volume from AcidJazz by Kevin McLeod under a Creative Commons (CC BY 3.0) license: https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/legalcode
