THE ODYSSEY (2026) Trailer Reaction! | Christopher Nolan | Matt Damon | Tom Holland

The first official trailer for Christopher Nolan’s next cinematic event, The Odyssey, has finally arrived, and it promises to be a mythic action epic unlike anything we’ve seen. Shot entirely with brand-new IMAX® 70mm film technology, this adaptation of Homer’s ancient Greek poem looks set to redefine the "Nolan-esque" scale with practical effects, stunning global locations, and a hauntingly atmospheric score. The Odyssey is written and directed by Christopher Nolan (Oppenheimer, The Dark Knight, Inception). The film stars Matt Damon (Good Will Hunting, The Martian, The Bourne Identity) as Odysseus, Tom Holland (Spider-Man: No Way Home, The Impossible, Uncharted) as Telemachus, Anne Hathaway (Les Misérables, The Devil Wears Prada, Interstellar) as Penelope, and Zendaya (Dune, Euphoria, Challengers) as Athena. The cast also features Robert Pattinson (The Batman, Tenet, Twilight) as Antinous, Lupita Nyong'o (12 Years a Slave, Black Panther, Us) as Clytemnestra, Charlize Theron (Mad Max: Fury Road, Monster, Atomic Blonde) as Circe, and Jon Bernthal (The Punisher, The Bear, The Wolf of Wall Street) as Menelaus.
