The Offside Rule 2014/15 Grassroots Special

from The Offside Rule · host Listening Dog Media

The Offside Rule (We Get It!) goes grassroots with Kait Borsay and Hayley McQueen. With exclusive interviews from Casey Stoney and Martin Keown. Find out how Martin's career started with a grassroots football club just outside Oxford and hear Casey's thoughts on mixed gender football teams. Recorded on location at Ware Youth FC in Herts, for the launch of another four years investment from McDonald's, who alongside The FA are working to sustain and improve grassroots football. McDonald’s will be giving over 7,000 accredited UK clubs with a junior team the opportunity to order a brand new strip every year for the next four seasons with the potential for over 250,000 individual kits to be distributed to clubs across the UK. As part of the new deal all four UK FAs, and their official kit suppliers Nike and Adidas, will be providing all accredited junior clubs in the UK with a new football kit each season for the next four years.
