The Ohio Council fights for your Mental Health

Today i'm joined by friend of the show, Billy Sutherland of Iron Road, and Billy brings along the excellent Teresa Lampl from The Ohio Council. If you're unfamiliar with The Ohio Council, The Ohio Council is a statewide trade and advocacy association representing over 170 private businesses providing community-based prevention, substance use, mental health, and family services throughout Ohio. Our member organizations care for individuals and families across the lifespan by offering person-centered services and support. We tend to treat physical health one way, and ignore mental health as a people - and I know this affects us all, and thought it was of great importance to dive in during trying times, so we can all support each other!
