In the early morning of 15 February 2006, a neighbourhood within Serangoon would be rudely awakened by the sounds of gunfire and the grisly murder of one of its residents.  The case would soon garner widespread media attention as the whole of Singapore followed the chase for the notorious "One-Eyed Dragon", Tan Chor Jin. In Ep 1, we'll explore Tan Chor Jin's background of gang life and underground gambling, as well as the events leading up to the fatal shooting of Lim Hock Soon.
