After ten years of advocacy within the Anglican Church, Steff founded and co-pastored an independent church in Sydney, and a network for LGBTIQA+ church inclusion, called Equal Voices. As a freelance "pastor" Steff is passionate about cultivating safe spiritual spaces for trans and queer people of faith.
