Netflix’s new drama, The One, set five minutes in the future, depicts a world where a DNA test can find your perfect partner. At the weekend, actor and director Samuel West proposed a plan to ‘reboot’ regional theatre following the lockdown, which would see big-name TV and film stars doing a play at a theatre closest to where they grew up.
