David states, "One thing I ask from the LORD, this only do I seek." Does it sound familiar? “One thing.” Does it refer to worship or intimacy with the Lord? Have you come across statements like, in order to have a breakthrough in your life, you need to grow in intimacy with the Lord? What if none of the above was meant by David in Psalms 51? Have we missed the “one thing” that David is talking about? Do you ever enter a comfort zone? A zone in God or Church where you find it safe but not safe enough to get into the real world. A place where you are so comfortable that you don’t achieve anything that God has in plan for you. Is this the One Thing experience that the Psalm talks about? People in these moments are so heavenly minded that they get so comfortable that they are not earthly good.
