She is the creator of the term ‘Sober Curious’, and the author of the 2018 book and million download podcast of the same name. Her work on the subject has spearheaded a global movement to reevaluate our relationship to alcohol. Her other books include ‘Material Girl, Mystical World’ and ‘The Sober Curious Reset’. With more than 20 years’ experience as a lifestyle journalist and editor, Ruby is known as an astute culture commentator and thought leader.
