This week we review Irish set drama Calm With Horses, a powerful debut from director Nick Rowlands. The film stars Cosmo Jarvis as an ex-boxer called “Arm”, now turned enforcer for a local crime family, whose inner conflict and  vulnerability is played beautifully by Jarvis.
