The One With Cecilia Garcia Lorenzo

Today my guest is Cecilia García Lorenzo. She was born and raised in Uruguay, between the sea and the countryside.  She moved to the United States in 1997 at the age of 20 to continue her education. Having succeeded at running a successful business for over 20 years, in 2018, she founded One Hundred Angels Foundation. This 501(c)3 organization promotes physical, mental and spiritual health, starting with the most vulnerable. Her goal is to create space for interactions and community service that will lead to improved quality of life. She believes that volunteer work benefits both the recipients and the volunteers equally. Cecilia also believes that necessity is an opportunity to create change, inside and out.
