He’s widely recognized as one of the best umpires in baseball.With multiple World Series and All-Star Games under his belt, there’s very little Dale Scott failed to accomplish in a major league career that spanned more than three decades. And in 2014, Dale Scott did something no other umpire before him had done when he came out publicly as gay.
