The One With Donna Wilburn

In this episode I hang out with Donna Wilburn who is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist out of Las Vegas.  Since Covid hit, things have become incredibly challenging for people and Donna has a practice called Ohana that is serving hundreds of people a week who are in trauma, during these incredibly tough times. She's also a local celebrity in Las Vegas where she is a regular on a local talk show, weekly.  Donna's a wife, mom, and grandmother, a business owner, a podcast host, and a big foodie, who lives life to the fullest.  She has great energy and a grounding sense about her, and I think you'll love her.  Enjoy!
