The One With Helen Rosenwade

My next guest is the warm and wonderful Helen Rosenwade!She is the owner of  Love You Best Life Coaching and is certified in Life Coaching, Nutrition and Hypnotherapy, providing her clients with a powerful set of tools and modalities that can assist them in their journey. She earned these certifications from Southwest Institute of Healing Arts. She has also acquired certification in Reflexology and Qi-Gong and has done extensive training in Cranio-sacral work. Helen believes that to claim your desires or even dare to dream, one must have self-love. Learning to accept that you deserve to have those dreams fulfilled is a basic principle of lifelong acceptance. She knows we need to honor our inner child in order to be present, slow down and embrace our true authentic self, without judgment or scrutiny.. but instead, alternatively, with love and admiration for all we have cultivated throughout our life.  Helen is an Earth loving, tree hugging, dirt worshipper who gets energized from being with Mother Nature, as she allows her inner child to be free.
