Osian Jones smashed a record that stood for more than thirty years when he broke the Welsh men’s hammer record in 2017.Throw in two Commonwealth Games – including a seventh-place finish on Australia’s Gold Coast in 2018 – and you can see why the Welshman is such a formidable competitor in the world of athletics.
