Plus, the Monday Morning Throwback took us back to 2016 when we were talking about Super Bowl party food stats. We also had a list of tips for helping a partner who snores. Miller 64 has a new contest that asks "Which number is smaller?"...and we talked about a three-second workout! Plus, we had Jay from the La Crosse Center along with Amy from La Crosse Local in studio to talk about this weekend's "Winter Roots Festival". Shaw attempted to put his foot behind his head, and apparently we've been buttering our bread incorrectly all these years.
